I had a user group meetting session at SQL SERVER Universe (Sql Server User Group - Sri Lanka) on 21-02-2008. That was my first attempt at SQL SERVER user group. Presentation was based on SQL SERVER Compact.

Was a good experience for me that doing a presentation for guys who love to administrate a system. It was well organized and had some bunch of giveaways to the participants. A special thanks goes to Dinesh and Gogula (MVPs for Sql Server) for inviting me to do a session. Had a great time.

Here is the slides for the presentation which I did in the CDNUG forum yesterday. The topic was on "Develop your first Windows Vista Gadget - A Beginners Guide".

There were arround 20 to 30 participants was very good and it was a good and enjoyable event.
